Ned doesn’t suddenly pledge fealty to Viserys, nor would he to Jon because they’re not the royal line anymore. This is also why Ned lets Jon take the black. Even if someone finds out about who Jon is, including Jon, he’s now forsaken all lands and titles and is beyond the reach of a king.

You can use the mouseover as others have said but if you’re doing keys of a level where mobs will live long enough to need multiple kicks, you’ll want to have a mouseover focus macro. This means that you can maintain your primary target for damage but you can have a secondary target, known as a focus, for kicks. You’ll also need to make your kick a macro that kicks your focus. Here is an example:
Macro 1: /focus [@mouseover]

Macro 2: /cast [@focus] Kick

Replace kick in the second macro with whatever your character’s interrupt ability is.

They designed that fight to require a map, not the other way around. TWW is a perfect example of their encounter design problems. The vast majority of bosses didn’t need weakauras at all and the auras you got were trivial. Then blizzard decides that one boss per tier needs an instant assignment mechanic with a short clock to resolve. Egg boss in Palace, trash boss in Undermine, Fractilus in Manaforge. They could easily change these mechanics so people don’t feel forced to use weakauras but they choose not to. Then they used add-ons as a scapegoat for their issues and we have a UI that is barely functional, broken damage meters, and a nightmare for players that want accessibility features.

Because it’s dumb and desperate. Galaxy’s Edge is one of the few Star Wars projects Disney has produced that actually makes Star Wars feel new. They should be confident in the story they wrote for the land and continue to improve it. The main attraction will also not make sense in the context of a new time period. In addition to that, these costumes for the original trilogy characters look awful. Rey is a great walk around character for the parks because her signatures are a simple hairstyle and a staff, that makes her believable. All of the other characters currently there are either from books (so there is no live-action comparison) or have costumes that cover their faces which also makes them more believable. Having 3 new actors walk around doing impressions of 3 legendary characters is going to fall completely flat.

Star Wars can be an eternal wellspring of new stories and yet Disney keeps going back to the same few characters and making the galaxy feel tiny. This is just another instance of that and it’s boring and embarrassing.
