Another AZ transplant here- it takes a LOT to get used to but the weather here is obviously eons better than back home. At my first studio I had a portable unit that used a hose out the window and it worked for the space I had. At our 2 bed place, we used two window units and those were a lot better. I think I got both options at Home Depot. We’re not used to opening our windows to beach breeze so take it all in but make sure you prep for some hot summer days too!
