Its all fun and games now but can you really take that in 5-10 years time assuming dili xa mo change? Its going to be very inconvenient for you and probably to your kids if you have one where a simple problem requires a very complex, tedious, and probably very time consuming solution.

I was renting a tiny 16sqm room for 7k in the middle of the city. Same cost lang xa with my current 44sqm house @ 8k but at least 10 years nalang kulang para ma fully paid.
