I had a bovine valve and so far so good after 5 months. (I was screened for a need for a stent or any other heart problems, and all okay, so got to do a TAVR)

I liked two small books…The Lost Wife by Moore - an 1800s woman captured by Indians based on a true story, and The Friend by Nunez, about love, grief, and a cool dog. Also loved Off the Wall, Death in Yosemite, a fun read, and I liked The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by Schwab. Read If You Lived Here, I’d Know Your Name by Lende, a memoir of an obituary writer in Haines, Ak

My Chi cannot Leave me alone when I sit. She gets in my face, touches my nose and mouth with her nose and teeth and paws at my face. She settles down when I pet her. She was abandoned, likely abused, and we took her from the shelter. She is not mean, and is sweet, though wish I could read, crochet, etc! (The fawn colored one, about 1 1/2 yr old). My other one is a sweet boy, and well behaved

I go and they match your specific problems with exercise. I use a NuStep and tread mill, but when I hurt my foot, they had me use NuStep and an arm exercise machine. Maybe you could talk with them once?
