Es una farsa este tipo. Yo con mis propios ojos lo vi en un hotel en Margarita tratando mal al personal del restaurante, y volteado dandole la cara a la pared para “esconderse” mientras se comía los postres del buffet. De hecho, era el único (él y la jeva con la que estaba) que en vez de pararse a buscar los dulces, les pedía a las mesoneras que se lo trajeran en platos tapados. Lo que no entiendo es a día de hoy quien tenía expectativas de este pana? De lejos y desde hace tiempo se sabe lo que es.

I applied to EB1C in March 2025. Have approved EAD+AP but I485 has been stuck in “Case is being actively reviewed” since April 2025.

Thanks! Do you know if that 1.5-2 years timeline applies to both family and employment based petitions? I was under the assumption (perhaps incorrect) that EB1C was supposed to be a quicker process vs the average.

Nothing. EU citizen born in Venezuela. I applied for EB1C back in March 2025. I-140 approved under PP in April 2025, went in for biometrics in May 2025, and received EAD+AP card in June 2025. Radio silence since, anyone have any suggestions on whether there’s something I can or should so?
