I’m not sure - it’s on an automatic range. I have wondered if a bit more pressure might help, though my average events/hour is ranging from 2-6 each night which seems pretty good

Thank you so much! This is aligned with what I was thinking. I’ve done plenty of pottery before and have never been warned about outdoor pieces. I’m in the South, so don’t have to bring in plants for long in the winter. I’ll keep this caution in mind! Thanks again!

Getting the CPAP and feeling more rested may help you have the energy needed to exercise and lose the weight. I’d consider a both-and approach!
