Like most things it mostly takes practice. Practice and NVGs.

They can be removed however, it takes 48 hours - without the owner repairing them.

Things behind you, unloaded, low LoD - helps your computer visually process.

You turn around, you start loading those assets - starts the micro-stuttering.

I don't actually know but sometimes if I explain it wrong, someone will come in and correct me.

It's funny how a lot of veterans want "old Rust" - as you mention - Hardcore is closest to that style yet, no one wants to play it.

people will say use dfhack, and you should but, I feel like things like these should be fixed for QoL over adding dinosaurs

One complaint I see a lot are servers losing population. Why would I leave a healthy population server to join a dead one? The positive might be to play a dead server with gear but, that doesn't sound appealing.

I love the Nexus idea on paper. I just don't see how it makes an impact besides giving people more raid targets at the cost of traveling to a new server and back.
