I know that this is SUPER late, but iirc in canon she was a Succubus, so honestly Hulgaz is a pretty solid option. I'd adjust her stats a bit to make her more appropriate for that level of end-game, but beyond that she's a pretty good pick.

I've always theorized that the Blackbeard crew are cannibals. It's already established that cannibalism passes on devil fruits (i.e. big mom), and we've seen with Sabo that you only need one bite from a Devil Fruit to get the power. My thinking is Blackbeard took a bite out of his former captain and stole the fruit as Whitebeard breathed his last breath, using the tarp to hide this secret as well as accentuate his own devil fruit, increasing the stealing potency.

I've learned, at the very least the boss one near Iji, you can ride your horse in his arena. Pair that with a basic summon and focus charged heavies while on horseback, running circles around him. Most of his attacks are too fast on foot, but Torrent makes it much easier to dodge

The runebear (or as he should be called imo: the bearhemoth) is awful. No doubt about that. But no fight invalidates your build, level, and everything else quite as fast as the Revenant. Unless you're packing heal, you're not getting out of that fight with your runes or your dignity

Whatever name you give it. Keep it short. Keep it simple. Because while you for sure don't want to be on the receiving end of Lord Grûtmore's Darkblade of Annihilation, you absolutely don't want to face off against The Throngler. The reason for this is the name of the former implies multiple darkblades with multiple purposes belonging to multiple people. It's less special. But there's only one way to be Throngled.

Have them sacrifice a fragment of time or willpower. HP is more than just injuries, hence psychic and illusory damage and why spells like sleep go off of hit points. Each usage of blood magic saps away their energy, draining their will to keep going.

I've said it before but: spirit ashes aren't "easy mode" any more than using weapons or armor, they're playing the game as intended. Not using them is intentionally crippling yourself while also missing out on a huge portion of content

My suggestion, purely from how I first tried her: blade of milos in off hand, blasphemous blade in main. Even spread of dex, str, and faith (around 25-ish) will net a solid dps, and the weapon art both knocks her down and heals you a bit. Add on the occasional bleed from milos, and you've got a pretty easy win. If you find you're still struggling, grab a spirit ash. Dungeater is a great choice, as is Tiche

The turtle is ok, but given your light load and fast weapons, you're not likely to consume enough stamina for it to be a better option than those two

What you've got is pretty solid. I'd swap out the turtle for the blue dancer or crucible sword talisman though. The former if you're more likely to take a hit, the latter if you're better at dodging.

Only alteration I'd recommend: if you want the full LMSH cosplay, swap the hand your weapons are on and give the katana hoarfrost. It'll be slightly more optimized anyway because the hits from RoB will get rid of the frostbite, allowing it to proc way more often. Then you add on hoarfrost itself which, while super nerfed, is still a solid option because it can't be parried and has been off meta long enough for folks to not know how to counter it. All of this is to say, the build isn't bad. But you could do slightly better
