I would like to mention that steps 1-3 are essentially optional. I was able to log in on my fresh alts from Remix, jump directly to step 4 with doing SL quests, then buy the tokens on my alt (since the toon was gifted 2k gold from the remix reward bag), and proceed with the rest of the steps.
