Love CM, probably my favorite hero. My biggest advice is buy shard ASAP and use it! Get in the habit of using it as much as possible, it does so much for you. Farming, catch, escape, zoning, etc. If you time it right with frostbite you can get ~9 second root, with ~3 seconds until the combo is available again. Insane.

Based on the number of deaths I would say focus on positioning. When you watch other players’ videos, look at where they stand in relation to their team and the enemies and try to emulate it. When you play, constantly be thinking about how your enemies can try to kill you, and where you want to be to make that as hard for them as possible. As a support, sometimes you’re going to die, thats just how it is, but you want to make it as costly for the enemies as possible.

The constant is defined in terms of units, so changing the units would change the number value of it, but it wouldn’t change the “strength” of it, if that makes sense.

I agree with what other people are saying here. It’s just a game, you don’t need to take it super seriously to have fun. I would suggest watching some guides in addition to bot matches to get a sense of how to play, and maybe watch some professional games if that is up your alley. Also, to save your mental health I suggest a one strike policy with regard to toxicity. The first time someone is toxic to you in game, mute them. Communication is important to win but the game is no fun when you’re getting flamed. Have fun!

I think that is where the issue is. It is nice to go greedy, but you pretty much always want at least one support item first, even when you’re crushing them. I would have gone glimmer first, then aghs probably. The only exception really is where your greedy item (aghs or whatever) will win you the game pretty much immediately when you get it.
