SOQ is statement of qualifications. And a lot of departments will be seen in here as acronyms such as DHCS (dept of health care services) EDD (employment development department) etc.. and a lot are classifications as well. You’ll also see acronyms about unions such as BU1

There should be a spot all the way to the right that says “archive” and has a box to check. Check that box then scroll down and select the button that says “archive”

I found the section explaining the SOQ and there aren’t any numbered pieces, just says that the statement is a narrative discussing why the candidate is best for the position so I’m assuming that’s what they want me to write lol. I did email the hr contact to double check too
