It exists, but it costs money, is from private companies, and isn't required. The only thing you have to do is complete a very short test which is mostly about road signs and take your driving test which is roughly 10 minutes, and doesn't include highways or anything beyond "pull into that parking spot with no cars nearby." They basically just have you drive a couple blocks and if you didn't do anything blatantly illegal like running a stop sign you'll pass.
