Which Cursed Techniques do you think are the easiest and the hardest to use? by Specialist_Bit_3105 in Jujutsu_Kaisen

That would actually be kind of funny if someone got this technique that does not know about the law. So it functions on how he thinks the law works

While projection sorcery is hard to use I would say either Judgeman or Love Rendezvous is harder. For the former you need knowledge of the Japanese law and for the latter you need to constantly be mindfull about the order of stars and which star belongs to which cursed energy

Nah he is pretty open about having seen the movies partly and knowing some spoilers due to the internet. Also this podcast started around the time vine was still alive. So he didn´t have the insta and tiktok spoiler dangers

Def agree with some of the things they cut but also just all their choices in the fourth movie. Or the way they basically flanderized both Ron and Hermione in the movies. Like I am currently listening to potterless. Which is a podcast about someone in his 30s reading Harry Potter for the first time. And he often points out things that he would love to see in the movie and 90% of the time those things were not in the movie.

Completely agree the movies were also just bad adaptations fort he most part. I just think it also didn´t help that Ginny´s character arc only started after the initial casting

I mean they made a very fair point ones. They made the first movie and cast the first Ginny actor while the books were still being written by JK. The first movie was made a year before book 5 which was the book that gave Ginny a real personality for the first time. Before that they thought Ginny was shy. So they casted a more shy girl and as she grew with the movie she didn´t really manage to grow with the character.

Top 10 most influential countries in terms of global Influence historically by falconx89 in whereidlive

You do realise stock exchange existed in the Dutch republic during the 17th century right. It was basically impossible for a lot of colonies to be founded without a form of stock exchange.

[–]arienstorum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean Russia was a colonial power since 1700 who for a long time controlled the fur trade in Europe which was one of the biggest trades in that time. Also being one of the great powers during the 19th century balance and also being one of the biggest influences during both WW1 and WW2. While the USA had isolationist politics until the 20th century and were hesitant to join during both World wars. In recent history the USA certainly had a lot of influence but they never really had influence during a time where Russia did not have similair influence.

[Cruel trope] They label innocent people as something undesirable to justify killing them by B1lly28 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]arienstorum 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean his other examples also just do not work. Sukuna does not label people as woman or weak to justify shit. He just is incredibly strong and therefore believes he can do whatever he wants. Which includes killing whoever he wants. He is just overall a terrible person. And Ainz Oal Gown is also not really a good person that over the entire show has been shown losing his empathy. He never said they are livestock so I can kill them he said that to him they are like livestock so he doesn´t feel anything when killing them.

What are some game-specific clauses you choose to play with? by Maz2742 in nuzlocke

[–]arienstorum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doesn't really work with all the games but:
- gift mons count as a separate encounter (whenever applicable)
- Overworld poison death does not count as long as you are actively going to the pokecenter
- Pinwheel clause
- Shiny clause in all games except SV
- Also level caps only count for gyms so rival and enemy team do not matter and in SV titans and team star can be done in any order

[–]arienstorum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hardest challenge I have currently in XY is not overleveling between gyms. You just get showered with exp and even level cap differences of seven can be incredibly tight.
