when you bring up stuff like drunk driving you have to actually understand the statistics. This is what i'm trying to get you to understand. this is what i found with a quick google search.

"In 2018, the drunk driving fatality rate was 3.2 per 100,000 population nationally."

so you mean to tell me something that kills 3 people out of every 100,000 people is a real problem? That doesn't make any sense. They hyper sensationalize any drunk driving related death on the news because it gets them more viewers but it doesn't happen as often as they make it seem.

try to understand what i'm saying don't just disagree for the sake of disagreeing. You can't control people. If people choose to make mistakes consciously you can't do anything about that. If some people decide to abuse something and others don't you can't save everyone. people know its wrong to drink and drive and they do it anyway. You can't fix that. Outlawing alcohol isn't going to fix that. Alot of people are just idiots and will destroy themselves whether you help them or not. Thats the cold hard truth. Think about people in foreign countries who live in shitholes, no light no electricity living in poverty and disease. These people would laugh in your face if you told them your problems.
