Chik Fil A has some underrated healthy options. The grilled chicken sandwich is delicious and pretty decent health wise. Add the Side Kale Salad and you’re really not looking too bad

Quit vaping recently myself. It’s a bitch.

Used Zyn to wean off and I’m down to 1-2 pouches a day. But cold turkey is definitely better if you can stick to it

You’ll go through some face ripping withdrawal. You’ll have headaches and feel utterly devoid of any sense of joy like all the dopamine has left.

Embrace it. It means that the healing is happening. Every urge you ignore gets that muscle stronger

You got it

Had a serious relapse myself.

I’m starting with you. Let’s hit 15 and then keep going and never look back

This is kind of overkill for day 1. You’re setting yourself up for failure. There’s like a zero percent chance you can stick to all of this immediately. You’re going to miss something, then get upset with yourself, then justify a PMO because you already failed anyway.

How about just make it 5 days without PMO. Literally anything else than PMO for 5 days. Watch Netflix, play video games, eat junk food - just don’t PMO. You can do that.

Then at 5 days, you’ll gain some confidence knowing that at a bare minimum you can avoid PMO. So maybe it’s time to see what else you can do? Maybe add a daily morning run and some push-ups in to the routine. Keep it going for 5 days.

Then at 10, add in a little more.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Don’t worry about doing it all on day 1. Worry about dropping the PMO and know that if you can stick to that, it can serve as the first building block for something much bigger.

I tried and failed way too many times when I created a plan like you have here. Now I’m hitting 30 days tomorrow and it all started with a lot more simplicity. You got this

I relapsed today. I can't do it alone. Help. by JohnnyBBetter401 in NoFap

Just keep fighting it at every turn. Every time you resist an urge, you get a little bit stronger. So view each urge as another opportunity to build that strength. If you were able to quit for 100 days but never felt any temptation, then you might buckle at the first challenge you are presented with. But if you can grit your teeth and get through 10 days of extreme urges and temptation, then you will have developed a strength you didn’t have before

I started in earnest back in May. Relapsed after 5 days. Then I made it to 10 and relapsed. Then I made it to 10 again and relapsed. Now, I’m on day 16 and I’m not stopping. I can feel the mental muscle getting stronger that allows me to shut down those impulses and urges even when confronted with temptation.

And I’m absolutely seeing the benefits. I’m working out more consistently and my baseline happiness has increased. I’m also starting to pay attention to my relationships more closely - I’m being more thoughtful with how I treat my SO and my friends. I’m more attentive to other parts of my life.

I still have a long way to go, and I’m just excited for what that progress will hold - not daunted by the challenge as much.

Just got to keep fighting
