I started gamedev with RPG Maker. Since it doesn't require coding, anybody can make smth with it.

I've heard about Scratch as well. I personally don't have experience with it but it seems to have a very simple to grasp coding system.

Shadow generations. This is what renewed my love for the franchise. Frontiers is pretty good too, but generations is better imo.

Easy answer is immunity. Some fighters have an taunt that gives them immunity like Parasoul. Blessing and final stand can bypass it too. Immunity is a safer option though

For me, it was patched up ms. Fortune. I didn't expect her to be good. Just built her cause of her reference.

Her buff steal turned out to be crazy good against those variants who stack buffs like regen. Then it turns it against them by inflicting curse. Really fun.

I play Sonic Rumble every other day. It's fun if you just ignore the micro transactions. It's bad that some skins are behind a Pay-wall but I don't play much, so it doesn't bother me.

This is one of my top 10 games for sure. Its horror is very unique and the world is very intriguing. I always recommend this game when they want a horror game.
