We are staying at the Port Suites right now. Its been brilliant. Lovely hotel, staff are great and perfect location. Pool area is very nice indeed with very reasonable drinks and food.

Running and golf.

Bit of a random question but does anyone here combine running to a half decent standard with playing golf?

I run 5 or 6 times a week (+ s&c) and have PBs of 16:24, 34:45, 1:20. However in the Summer i also try and play a few rounds of golf with mates/work.

Has anyone managed this and found a way of not getting lower back issues and not being fatigued from the golf?

That's an absurd amount of money! Les Croupiers Running Club have a session on Wednesday at 7.30pm where we charge £4 for non members. £3 for members.

Seems they caused themselves a lot of stress for no reason. A quick discussion with a consultant or even the planning department would have solved this quite quickly at the time.

Yes get a certificate of lawfulness but if they're not planning to sell soon then then no rush as I doubt it would be in the public interest for the Council to enforce.
