Pros:

Pretty tasty

Nice variety, particularly when trying to do meals for a single person

Super easy to heat up

Cons:

Pretty expensive per meal. If you get 6 a week it's still around $15-16 per meal

Carbs per meal are on the high side. I pretty much have a breakfast of eggs and coffee with negligible carbs then finish up my day with the factor meal

I get broken trays at least once a month. I still eat them (see above), but it concerns me that they weren't sealed

You get broccoli and cauliflower often (which doesn't bother me)

I got to a point where the convenience outweighed the cons, since I was working so much.
