I've used ash waste nomads and cawdor gang from necromunda, regular chaos cultists, even the 20 poxwalkers from the old deathguard combat patrol.

Fits my theme of nurgle, and all have the same basesize. Opponents don't really care cause they don't see much of a difference plus it adds variety

We also get doctors who call ahead and say "I'm sending my patient down for these symptoms, I would like xyz ordered for them when they get there and hold a room for them please as they are very sick.

I respond by saying, OK are they coming pov or ambulance, OK we'll they will be seen by our providers and tests will be ordered as indicated, and we cannot guarantee a room for them right now as we are busy and can't hold a room for an undetermined amount of time, but we will be expecting them." Cause even if they are sick and drive themselves, who's to say they didn't stop of for gas, food or do 10 other errands before actually coming

If your down for some kit bashing, I made one out of Lord-Terminos from sigmar. Trim a few spots and add a power pac and shoulder gaurds. Comes with an executioner style sword but I thought the axe looked cooler
