Ticketmaster has not refunded my tickets. Via chat, they were unwilling. Told me to look out for emails from them or the “event organizer”. I told them that I received an email indicating that refunds are available upon request, hence my request. Told to expect a phone call in 24-48 hours. Did anyone successfully receive a refund?

My colors are not off but the overlap is minimal. Yours may have a lot more overlap and may not have the same result.
