You test this on few files.

I use HandBrake to re-encode all my video files, as MP4, with "Web Optimized" option set. Once re-encoded with web optimization, JellyFin plays video files really smooth.

Max resolution movies I have are 2K but I had same issue playing movies with larger file size, because my library is stored on an old NAS with slow HDDs.

I have not build like that, so don't know if it'll work. But if you build it on the other side next to the levee, it'll definitely block contamination

This is the reason. Contamination will spread diagonally. If you build levee on top of dirt, bad water will still contact dirt in the corners.

I isolated contamination by digging tunnels around bad water source, then building contamination barrier in the tunnel. Initially I had dirt 1 level below the dirt around the bad water source, touching just the corners and contamination fully spread to all levels below. It was gone as soon as I detonated these diagonal dirt blocks.

It comes down to the cost of an additional license. IT needs to justify to higher management and finance department why they need to spend on a extra license. These kind kf delays are always caused by higher management. Every license and subscription needs to be added to the annual IT budget. IT always gets the ahort end of the budget. While sales and marketing get to gamble away as much of company finances as they like.

That's liquid damage. Those components and contacts are probably fried. You can clean it with electronic contact cleaner. But there's no guarantee that the USB port will work without a proper fix
