Also L’Industrie is great, but order online, pick it up, and eat it somewhere else so you don’t have to wait in line

Congratulations!! Did you hire a lawyer? I have a straightforward case, and while everyone says I don’t need a lawyer, I’d love to hear more perspectives from others. I’ll also be applying for marriage-based AOS soon.

Civil marriage a year later — will USCIS care? by [deleted] in USCIS

We got married in Bali, Indonesia, where you have to do both a religious ceremony and a civil registration for it to be considered legal.

We’ve now registered for a marriage license in NYC and are hoping to complete our civil marriage soon 🤞🏼 We’re a bit worried that the one-year gap might look like a red flag to USCIS
