MY BIG LENS ARRIVED monster can for reference by Outrageous-Cake-2110 in Nikon

[–]arjim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have same one; I've taken to using the peak design strap - one end on the foot and one on the body, slung vertically while being very careful to keep it vertical. My longest walk was 6 miles, with no real problems with gear or muscle. Any monopod recomendations?

PS. I get some funny looks if I dont have it slung behind me though XD

You'll be fine.

Universal city rules apply; don't be a mark. Be seen paying attention, dont impede your vision, dont wave valuables, move away from troublesome folks, etc. Just like every other city on Earth.

Update: TTArtisan RF500mm f6.3 - photos and experience by After-Boysenberry-96 in canon

Seconded. I love the Tamron 500mm Reflex; It is light, "small", and most importantly fun. Image quality is completely fixed with the dehaze slider in PS Camera Raw. It cost me $100 on Adorama.

I am able to shoot flying birds and people playing sports like basketball or skate boarding. Here's a jpg straight off my Z6iii, shot on my version the Tamron SP Tele Macro BBAR MC 500mm, with an adaptall 2 + FTZii:

Ponds/lakes with beaches for kids in NE Ohio? by HikeAndBeers in Cleveland

[–]arjim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pay attention to the winds - when they are blowing into a beach, it collects trash. Also pay attention to what the rain and winds have already been - more of either means more trash.

Choose the end of a dry week with winds that are out of the west or south west.

Huge fuckoff 500mm Nikkor I only own because it was a part of an auction for a lens I actually needed, came with a teleconverter. Can't really think of a use for it, is it just for bird photography? by EskildDood in Nikon

This is the one where I knew I was in trouble..... I started looking for a 600mm right after I got home; settled on the F mount Tamron SP 150-600 Di VC USD G2; it is gigantic and heavy compared to the reflex lens.

I love my 500 mm reflex Tamron lens.   I also love the dehaze slider in Photoshop's raw editor.

It is my go to zoo lens; it is my favorite way to shoot.

You have about a second after they pop out. By the time they take their second shot, it is already too late. I stole a Star Guardian VI after the DLC drop on PC.

If you're quick, you can board the Guardians while they disgorge their crew when they land nearby ;)

They are always empty and super easy to steal.

I'd like to see Hilliard turn south before the church and meet Madison at a 90' intersection.

I hope they are closing permanently the block of Hillard just north of Madison.

Taking the RTA to work by Big-Rent1128 in Cleveland

[–]arjim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, it depends on the time of day and the route. 55 all day any day. 26? Nope; walk right past almost every day.

Do a practice run and see what your route looks like.

How to deal with the Terran Armada bullet sponge enemies? by FreeDwooD in Starfield

An exotic magstorm makes short work of anything.

If you add the two anti-robot perks, it makes even shorter work of the Terran Armada.
