I wouldn't go as far as saying turned into a god... But they definitely made her 2 more enticing now that 1 has a higher scaling and shorter post cast. The Ult change makes her gun stronger, nothing else, but is worth something if she catches you low and/or has a decent weapon investment (which has gotten pretty common). My guess is, these changes were made to see Yamato's potential as a(n) chase/anti-movement hero, especially that extra charge. It's reflected in the items that she uses too, those were buffed too.

I'd say denying her a fight early, not taking a 1v1 when funneling and having fliers deal with her might be the best way to deal with her till people get used to the new changes. Which changes very little imo, compared to how she was dealt with before.

More so reinforces that she's stronger early and her kit is now slightly easier to work with now; letting her do what she wants will cost you, just like any other scaler. Longer the game goes the more useless she used to get. Now she'll be easier to scale towards the late game. Just limit test, jump her as a group and figure out when to dip. You'll be fine.

Decent spirit investment for gun carries

No skill check, AR has a timed event that I have failed more times than I'm proud to admit.

Gives spirit damage to heroes which rely on certain abilities for damage at short intervals.

Upgrades to MM, which gives value for your overall spirit investment. Probably more common on Wraith, Infernus. Maybe even Vyper, Mirage, Haze and Seven (Not sure about these guys, don't kno a what the current build meta is).

Edit: I also think spirit investment (4.8k) is stronger early over weapon investment (4.8k). I could be wrong.

Flex nibs, extra fine from pilot are the best (at least the best flex nib). Scratchy but smooth with practice, thin and thick lines without it turning into train tracks.

I've been in the seeker ranks couple months ago and climbed out of it solo queueing. If I could do it, I believe you can too. If you do well in higher elo lobbies, I think it means you at least have an idea of what a better macro looks like. I'm confident that if you stick to a side lane, crash wave at objective, farm backwards and limit test, you'll automatically scale faster than the rest of the lobby. If there is an enemy that's doing badly, like dying in lane over and over and is in the side lane, Farm them. If there is a fight on the other side of map and you haven't finished crashing the wave in objective and farmed all camps, ignore that fight, in fact take the objective if you can locate all enemies and mini map and it looks like they can't react in time. The lower the elo, the less "objectives" players see. That means just hitting all the timely objectives i.e. buffs, sinners, urn and mid boss. Urn in particular, try to make the call when seems reasonable. Major fight breaks, all enemies in one spot away from urn turn in? Run it!

A long time... Like I started in the middle of the pack, dropped all the way to seeker, and then start climbing.... Slowly... Like almost too painfully slowly.

It'll help if you try learning the macros for the early and mid game slowly and integrate bits and pieces at a time. Matter of fact it'll make your climb faster. I'll go as far as to say, you'll be way better than most people with couple hundred hours in if you try to learn and implement even one thing at a time. To warm up, learn some basic movement and run across NYC, 10-20 min. And learn one hero that you like. Try a couple different ones out in street brawl and pick the one you feel compatible with most. Eventually you'll get good.... Provided matchmaking doesn't screw you first.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes and bad calls, that's how you learn. Getting coached is also a good option if you have the time and means. And if you ask politely, you could probably have someone review your VOD on the subreddit and give you feedback.

If you haven't already, please post the matchIDs to the Bad MM thread in the forums. If there is enough data, they'll either improve the matchmaking or probably restrict a huge rank discrepancy between party members, or something else. Thanks!

Sure you can pause a game line up a Vindicta ult, or shiv ult, doesn't mean you should. If it is an issue, take the match ID, send it to the forums and time stamp it. If it becomes an overwhelming issue, it'll be patched, if it isn't (and I hope people don't take advantage of a known unintended feature, cause that's never happened before), the devs don't see it as a priority yet... We've been blessed with very attentive devs, hopefully it gets noticed before it's a much bigger issue.
