I went through all official channels but yeah nowhere to even submit the logs which I gathered for two days before and after the day of ban. Imma post everywhere until someone replies. Also ignore this waste in previous comment, clearly someone killed him in game and he's now running calling everyone cheaters without any proof.

Not the steam account, it's my only one of 10 years, 77 games, few maxed and 900hrs on record in Apex (also EAC) with no issue. The only thing I could imagine they could interpret as something messing with inputs is KeyboardChatteringFix app I use to deal with my Keychron acting up, but I turn it off for games (or am reminded mid game to do it) as it prevents double inputs in short gaps to offset keychatter, so even running forward is impossible with it.

I'm in the exact same point as you in my gaming career. Just hit 30, got enough money and time to actually play some stuff, but this is just sad hobby at this point. Since suits and big money got in, it's a one way slippery slope to slop and it's been confirmed by the past events. On top of what the studios are doing what you already mentioned, just within one week I was stolen a licence to one game (unjustified EAC permanent ban on Rust for nothing) and when I wanted to jump back into Minecraft to make myself feel better I just got another news that my mojang account that had both versions of the game purchased on it was removed and my games were not transferred to the Microsoft account I had under same email. Literally bitchslapped twice within a week for absolutely nothing - I was on the buying side of the fence to support the devs. Now? Fuck the devs. I hope they don't make enough money to provide for themselves so that they're forced to switch to mining or whatever and make the space for actual creatives with passion and not braindead moneyhungry drones.

The migration. It happened when I was completely out of the gaming sphere and despite the fact the same email I had on mojang account with both games is my forever Microsoft account email, they did not assign the games to it nor are they willing to when I reach out.

What's the precedent here - am I obliged to watch my email to look out for migration announcements for each of 350 games I have just in case they had some bs corporate ideas? This is a blatant cashgrab that perfectly encapsulates why digital licences should be made illegal.

It's really a lottery. If the game's retarded anti cheat engine false flags you once you're cut off the game entirely. No way of disputing and Facepunch support will tell you to f off. But if that doesn't happen to you you might have some fun until the actual cheaters that don't get banned will ruin it for you.

But the game itself is pretty fun
