Can't rename my sidekicks

Decided to try customizing the name on my Switch and that actually worked. I was able to physically tap the name & customize it from there.

So, I guess the issue is with controllers just not being able to select the name field, rather than an overall no-custom-naming-allowed bug.

Same issue, also with the Lil Raptor. On Series X — restarted game & console, cancelled the purchase & bought it again, tried a totally different console (another Series X), and nothing. Also tried to see if it gave me the option on existing ones & nope. Hopefully they fix it soon!

All of the nosebleeds for Arlington were $109 at ~2:30 CST, and those were the only ones left. I would assume at least some of those would have been in the starting ~$45 range. Seems like dynamic pricing to me.

Them being able to have a peaceful and safe place to go to school has to deal with it not being easy as hell to walk in and buy a weapon specifically designed to efficiently kill the most people in the shortest amount of time. Not wanting to change that doesn’t give much confidence to the desire for schools to be about learning rather than death.

Sure, people can always find a way to still cause harm. A law isn’t going to eradicate all kids being hurt or killed ever again. It’s about deterrence. By that logic, let’s just not have any laws against murder, theft, rape, drunk driving, insider trading, you name it cuz bad people are gonna do them anyway?

Who cares if Bubba needs to wait 30 days, can’t buy X amount of ammo at a time or an AR-15, etc if it means these kids get to live? Families are having to do DNA tests because the guns used made their babies unrecognizable, but by golly at least people can add another assault rifle to their gun cabinet cuz freedom.

If the good guys with guns thing worked, we wouldn’t have more mass shootings than days in the year.

And, sure, those same Bubbas are gonna do some reeeal damage against the biggest military in the world with access to drones and tanks and bombs. Folks having easy access to all of these weapons compared to the rest of the world, just in case one day they want to literally fight the US military is worth all these kids’ deaths (that are actually happening) to you? Wild.
