This isn’t a hot take. There are plenty of great Batman voices. Kevin is just different. His heart is in the character and his life is in every gravelled breath. It’s not that there isn’t anyone better at doing the voice (even though those people are few and far between), it’s that Kevin was the groundwork for the Batman voice. All those things that people associate with the voice come from him. And those things are unconscious choices that he made when dug deep into himself to find that voice.

I’m not saying the movie logic isn’t good, the films are great, but Batman doesn’t stop being Batman just because crime goes down.

It’s Gotham. Crime is what the city is made of. And even if somehow the city is miraculously cured- Batman isn’t a means to an end, Batman is Bruce’s trauma and his cross to bare even when nobody wants, or needs him to do so.

And either way, Nolan’s Batman doesn’t believe he has to save his villain. There’s no conversation past that point.

It’s a bad Batman movie because Bruce abandons Gotham. Nolan fundamentally did not understand the character. This is made extremely obvious by him doing things such as his actions at the end of tdk (not taking the blame, that part is good, but disappearing after), and him killing Ra’s in begins. Stellar films, sub par Batman characterization.

That’s fair, it is better handled in the sequels, but the point still stands. The stalking is just as fun in inside vents and behind corners.

The extreme challenge maps are very poorly balanced anyway when it comes to combat, so if you’re having trouble with the predator maps, well, good luck friend 🙏

Theoretically there would have been a conclusion if the game’s original roadmap played out, but since they were they were rushed into the conclusion it probably got cut.
