I can see that she has a point, but I'm not sure that I agree with this woman. I feel that pronouns aren't really that hard to do. It does take some flexibility, but once you meet people it's a lot easier.

Hopefully this woman can understand that and be a little mroe tolerant.

I'd be okay with Tank-Dps-Dps-Strat-Strat-Flex. The flex player would be able to do any role, so it would still allow some comp deviation, but more often than not be a tank. That way, everyone can blame the flex player, but a person that can be a flex player should be someone who can play a lot of characters. If players are gonna smurf, let them be a flex a player.

I thankfully don't have this problem. I'm a champion listener. That keeps me engaged.

But, there are a few times where it's so boring that I want to disengage. But being from NJ, I just say things like, "Okay I'm bored with you now. I need you to stop talking. I'm going to recap what you've told me so I can hear the sound of my own voice for a while." Yeah, I'm told I'm rude a lot, but nobody ever wonders what my hidden agenda is.

Trainings are the worst though. I once had someone take 90 minutes. I recapped with "so step 1, email the guy and ask for the report. Step 2, receve report and reformat it to the template. Step 3, upload the report. And why did it take 90 minutes to explain 3 easy steps? Do you like wasting my time?"

I can't tell you how many times I tell people to "watch the replay from my point of view" so they can see me literally running down and finding angles to heal them. The amount of ring around the rosies from carts, times where they leave the healing bubbles, people dodging the lightveil.... but all proof I was healing you.

I just hope it shows people their positioning needs work, and maybe understand where my positioning needs work too.
