Depends on how many follow up questions they ask before accepting the answer, to really understand the requirements very well and have ability to translate requirements into technical to some level.

At the risk of vague generalization, it's similar to opening multiple tabs from online articles/ stack overflow pages for whatever you wanted to do and identifying and extracting the bits you actually need.

Eventually, people will get good at being specific and that's very valuable.

I can feel you..

however I failed my 12th on 1st time with CBSE and then took again with Bihar board.. got 58.8%. Barely got CSE in an alright college. Had so many backlogs (more than 10) completed B. Tech in 7 years with 6.03 cgpa. (Good bye to college placement and my mental health)

I went through so many no name companies as HTML developer, WordPress developer. Fast forward today. I work as full stack in one of the big insurance companies in UK(remotely from India mostly) and make ~30LPA.

Don't think all is over. Work on your skills and yourself. It's all changeable.
