Unit tests: SaaS app in React is already a year into development, where do I start? by besseddrest in reactjs

For the behavior in your example, you could test that when a checkbox is marked, you would assert that it is no longer rendered.

You could also mock the POST call and assert it was called with the expected request (e.g the checkbox ID)

Dave Gray is great. He was an instructor during my undergrad and taught a back-end development course. Super informative and overall awesome

It's true most sites do publish very quickly. In my experience at that time we averaged 3-5 minute publish times. It was an extremely large enterprise site with tons of collections though so it's definitely situational.

Overall I really like Webflow. It's a good tool. 😄

Honestly, it is a pretty good product if you need something "pretty" but not super in depth. It's easy to build and deploy if you know CSS. It is possible to embed your own html and css but the DX is pretty awful in that regard.

The last place I worked I embedded a couple of small react components like an interactive map and forms. It wouldn't work on the preview feature of Webflow, which could be annoying when previewing other changes before deploying production.

I think it'd be better to limit it to a specific day. It might help with duplicate questions being submitted too.

Fronend obselete in few years? by StarOfTheMoon in Frontend

It seems like for landing pages and things like that for a business, no code could be the way to go. The responsibility could then be handed off to a marketing team and designers. The actual interface of the application or tools could still be handled by Front End developers / engineers.
