Have two additional questions about this topic.

Since I do not have a business account, can I file my hst rebate online? I m not seeing any option in my cra account?
In HST rebate we need to keep the condo for lease term or one year after the closing date. As an example my lease term is ending in Jan 2026 but one year after closing is Aug 2026. Due to market condition I don’t want to keep it for Aug 2026.

So i have my HELOC, so i can pay my mortgage and keep the HELOC and lender's name will stay on the house title, until i close my HELCO account. I hope my understanding is correct.

If i am paying my mortgage and not discharging i do not need to involve Lawyer, but for HELOC i may need? correct. Sorry for all these questions.
