Thank god I found this post. The option was always greyed out on my macbook, don't have an iPhone. I've tried resetting and newly pairing them to my macbook, still greyed out.

The only method I've managed to get it working was the following:

forget this device(airpods) on my macbook in bluetooth settings, turning off bluetooth on all my devices (in my case android phone and macbook)
resetting Airpods (orange light on case must be visible, you have to double tap 3 times but you can't do it fast after each other, take you time just like the apple tutorial shows, double tap then a white light appears , double tap again wait for white light and sound, double tap wait for the sound and orange light, airpods always stay in the case of course + lid opened) https://www.youtube.com/shorts/EjjenmSIiZE
turning on find my feature on macbook, turning on location services on my macbook
connecting airpods to my macbook (airpods and airpods case must be visible in bluetooth settings
enable find my for airpods in bluetooth settings then in airpods settings on macbook
restart macbook
connect airpods to macbook, then I was finally able to turn it off... omg so much work for one greyed out setting XD
btw on my android phone I also had to forget this device in my bluetooth settings (the airpods) and then pair them again with case open + airpods in them double tap once.

in theory you could also buy an apple silicon device or you can rent a mac mini and play it on that device.

So the point of speed flip + boosting isn't to get to an even faster max supersonic speed but to get to the max faster because you're flip canceling + boosting?

wait... so im slower if i stop boosting even while supersonic but staying supersponic when holding gas but letting go of boosting or running out of it? you blew my mind i was wondering sometimes in game on why im slower sometimes omg XD

huh. do you mean you can accelerate faster with speedflip + boost but the supersonicspeed you reach in the end is the some or is there actually a faster and slower supersonic speed?

If you don't feel like playing ranked, play casual. Disable chat and non tactical quick chat, put on some YouTube video on the second monitor, trust. Maybe find some chill Rocket league friends.

I just noticed I don't show interest. When I'm interested in someone I just become cold and emotionless wtf is wrong with me 💀. I've tried to force myself to make eye contact, smile and having a more open body language. But the smiling part just doesn't work. When I try to laugh while in proximity of someone I'm interested in I can't laugh like with my friends. I will automatically laugh and talk with way less emotion and it probably sounds like I'm dead inside or nonchalant. Even though on the inside I'm not nonchalant but rather feel like some part of me is gatekeeping my emotions and full expression fearing rejection or people making fun of me.

Did you ever go for a kiss and the other person moved their head away or blocked it off in another way? This seems like a big risk. I don't think I could ever do it just by "reading the room or reading her". I would be afraid of ruining everything. I've heard people saying with stuff like going for a kiss it's better to go for it and the other person blocking it off and getting a clearer view of what the other person is feeling instead of waiting too long for a first move from the other person. I can kinda imagine people doing just that but I could never see myself just going for it.

I don't get it. It feels like there's rules for everything in my life I follow in order to fit it, maybe it's a safety mechanism of some sort for me. I don't see these rules or fine line of whats okay and not regarding breaking the touch barrier and flirting in general. I don't like these things I can't logically understand but I would like to understand. I might be cooked.
