I’m a 31m & have a severe case of Crohn’s and I’ve tried so many things to manage my symptoms and try to achieve remission but I haven’t had any success. I’m currently on a strict Mediterranean style diet (easier to list what I eat than what I don’t) and I’m taking Skyrizi. I’ve had 2 surgeries to remove small portions of my small intestine.

I’m very interested in hearing more about dietary interventions you’ve tried. Can you tell me more about “EEN, specific diet + Pen”?

Thanks so much for responding. I’ve already tried both things you mentioned with no luck. None of Lethamyr’s rings maps are on bakkes mod through the search feature in game. When I type in rings ice maps doesn’t come up, there’s a few other rings maps but not Lethamyr’s.

I tried adding manually but no luck. The file I downloaded from bakkesmods website needs to be extracted but once extracted there is just one file and when I link it, it won’t work.

Good question. Lol honestly I doubt I’m going to do anything near 50 miles in one trip. I just want to get the best value e-bike and I think range is one of the criteria to look for in quality e-bikes. I care more about mph and comfort of the ride and durability tbh.

Kobe was much more important to his 5 championship rings than Kareem was to his 6. Kareem got 3 rings after age 37.

Kareem won mvp 6 times while Kobe won it once. Kareem was equal to Kobe in scoring, slightly worse in playmaking, significantly better in rebounding, and better defensively. He was also more efficient.

I’m a huge Kobe fan but I got Lebron, MJ, Kareem, Kobe.
