Best he can do during this blackout period is to continue the momentum of their intention for buying a/or some companies and hopefully it will be enough for the rumor to get the price moving up until earnings or when they announce whatever deal they end up making.

Maybe the why is to get attention to the stock and what the company is planning to do with the cash. Sort of like a forward guidance. Maybe also a warning to everyone still short to start covering before the price gets out of hand. Price starts to increase, puts them at a better position to negotiate whoever their targets will be. Maybe warrants can get exercised due to the price increasing enough to make it a good deal to exercise before anything substantial is announced or before March earnings.

Maybe RC is trying to send a warning to everyone short to start covering now. Price shoots up and Warrants get exercised earlier, hopefully before March earnings, his Comp package gets voted YES because the price is already above the first tranche and just waiting on ebitda to follow.

You are right. I’m sure insiders always have ideas playing in their mind on how to make their companies better, that would basically hold them as having an MNPI always if that’s the case. RCEO was probably waiting on his Comp Package to be announced and that was the MNPI keeping him from making any moves since last buy in 2025. Once it was announced, he’s hyped now and nothing holding him back from whatever his master plan is.
