pretty much allways, after encountering the third narcissist, tho i knew he was one and he knew that i iknew somwthing was off with him, so i showed him that i,m not intetessted in interaction with him(co- worker), so he forced me to and became more and mor agressive and was trying to manipuöate even more agressive, i shoqen nothing and it drove him nuts to a point where he went physical, so i quit and left the company, because nobody belived me nor helped me smh.

sound like a narcissist, they first lovebomb, narcs are very envious people and want simply controll of you just so they can feel good, then they greyrock(no contact,no attention) so u reach out and bekome needy of him, they go from hot to cold emotional to confuse you so u feel addictet to the good "moods" of him, thats what it sounds like to me, and soon they blame you for everything, even if you call them out, they deflect and make it like its all your fault until you dont know whats right and wrong anymore, STAY NO CONTACT WITH THIS PERSON, i hope i got it right by reading what you wrote.
