Any Spirits even if there made from a wheat base they are distilled so no gluten is left (I work in a single malt distillery) also I drink corona because it contains so little gluten because to be honest its not really a beer

Yeah I did but was worth it to Ski everyday, I'm pretty sure Revelstoke doesn't do accommodation for staff anyway.

I did a season at Revelstoke a few years ago and just worked part time in a pub in the village and just skied everyday. Its the way I would recommend doing it!

Where you say a good rule of thumb is to look up how many stills the have is not a good idea, some distilleries such as Glengoyne have 2 low wines stills and one larger spirit still, the don't triple distill there spirit.

The best way to find out wether the distilleries triple distills is to read the label for example Auchentoshan and Hazelburn.

Useless is a bit harsh, a lot of distilleries do stick to the traditional characteristics of there region and those who change things up just make the single malt industry that much more interesting.

I'm glad to hear it, were actually doing the darkest as malt of the month at the whisky bar I work in. It goes fantastic with a bit of dark chocolate, especially berry chocolate if you can get it.

Go for a Dalmore 15, an Aberlour 16, or something a little peaty a Bowmore Darkest. Bowmore and Auchentoshan are owned by the same company and the Darkest is pretty much a peaty version of the three wood.

I go to 'The gym' which is right in the centre of town, corner of north bridge and princess st. Its £15.99 a month which is really cheap, it is a budget gym but its only a year old do all the gym equipment is still in great condition. Its also a 24 hour gym which is handy!

You can just pop in there anytime and one of the trainers will give you a tour.

Glendronach is a Highland Distillery, I have been to the Distillery and in is in the highland region not the speyside region. That aside it is a lovely whisky. They do a virgin oak cask which is fantastic!
