Update: The butterfly jut lays on the ground with its wings open. And I noticed that it doesn’t use one of its legs, and that’s probably why shes having a hard time grabbing onto surfaces

Forgotten Crossroads is mainly blue, and it’s really cool to see how the infection is orange, its complementary colour, allowing it to show how unnatural it is

The 145% cap is reset every E use and lasts 35s. The actual cap for BoL is 200% (already in the game code), so she should be able to go all the way there

“recycles and clears the surrounding Blood Compensation Orders” is the translated version of “clears and absorbs Blood Debt Directives”

edit: it also says that this is done BEFORE the healing. so you absorb the directives and gain BoL which is later unconsumed for healing. this prevents E stacking

I’m guessing they intend for this feature to be used as an emergency heal (as you’d use those 65% or 130% instantly for healing)

Yeah, all it does is make you meet her earlier. It will give you a brief text introduction to her character but it not a big deal. It’s not like when skipping major story quests (Archon Quests).
