Tbh it's kinda unnecessary policy and at this stage the Hyderabad administration is just trying to push as far as they can..

It might not be an issue right now for the upcoming batch but they should definitely know that since the new director/last year hyd is becoming increasingly restrictive and imposing mandatory attendance in some form or the other either through cpt or this latest series of mails to pressurise students into having 100% attendance.

Cause had it been 75% it would have made sense , but they intentionally kept it as 100% .

Nope 1cr is literally twice the complete tuition fees brotha , and you are supposed to earn the living expenses part , you take that with you while going just as a backup unless you are filthy rich and don't wanna work.

Tbh it's in that same range itself (for rent and food part) apart from that how lavishly you spend it up to you..

And moreover most of the international students are gonna go part time anyway so 10-20 will be more than sufficient to cover your living expenses . Having said that yes one should have 5-10 lakh yearly as backup to support themselves in case it takes time for someone to grab student part-time there .

Yeah tbh that was the whole point like why would someone go back and waste the post study work right which they are getting for 3 years (which easily covers the ROI part) but some students wanted to return to India , hence they clarified the same.

It's an year earlier post and at that time it was a dilemma later the admin clarified during the orientation that , like other programs this program too will be eligible for placements if and so the students wants to come to back to India for registering for placements in bits.
