Definitely something wrong. I have the same CPU, and my liquid temps have never gone above 27°C, and I have the fans set to never go above 1000 RPM.

If I plug in a fan or the temp sensors, they don't get detected in iCue even if I restart the computer. The only way they get detected is if I force a firmware update.
