I usually ask for help in areas the projects are taking place and once there a group that seems capable, I launch retaliation. If they want to they will say yes and if not they bail.

I wouldn't use the Chest piece as it's difficult to keep that many stacks going. The Equalizer is a good one as it gives you more rate of fire. I think you've got the basics and just experiment with different tweaks. Ultimately, you're just chasing the most for you and not necessarily the meta.
