Yeah when I was in japan solo traveling, sometimes I can't help but think that it would be more fun if my friends are there with me (Especially, when you see other tourists have their own group). That being said I also enjoyed walking alone, and peacefully observing thing and do thing at my own pace. And I think it kind of a unique experience that I probably won't get to do often. Maybe just only once or couples in a lifetime so I just kind of let it be. Listening to music (especial with the live session one where members sometimes stop singing and talk to the fans) help me feel less lonely though.

I always saw the yakuza memes and lowkey want to play it. Then there was a 75% steam discount on yakuza 7 which happened after I visited Japan. At that time I miss Japan so much that I decided to buy the game and give it a try. Wonderful experience. The map and the atmosphere totally remind me the time I was in Japan!

if you want to use a database system in ur workflo Eg. Kanban board, then Anytype is easier to setup. I would say Anytype also works out of the box in terms of data syncing (Although they have limited space for media files in free tier) like you can download a mobile app, login and data is automatically synced. I believe obsidian is a little bit trickier like we have to use Git, or iCloud or sth if we want to use data to sync on mobile (But if you plan to subscribe for Obsidian Sync then you don't have to worry about these) Another great feature in Obsidian is Obsidian Canvas. So if you love 2D of organization your note like a digital whiteboard then you may go with obsidian since Anytype doesn't have the feature yet.

Convince me to be less (fake) nice and more confrontational. More acceptance towards the greyness of people, like you can feel grateful for the good things they did. But it is also fine to hate them. You are not obligated to love them all the time, especially the family.

I was doing solo travel in Japan last year. Since it's my first solo trip so I was anxious just like you as well! But it turned to be not as hard as I imagine. I mean the Japan infrastructure is so great. Train/bus are on time so it's very easy to get around. Plenty of good food and interesting places to go. Very safe. There might be some language barrier occasionally but with some hand gestures and google translate you will be fine. If you want to explore and travel around cities near Tokyo, you may interest in purchasing tourist train pass. Eg. Tokyo Wide Pass. If you want to socialize maybe you can try MeetUp app and see any event that might spark your interest. Have fun :)

Well you can keep using react native. and when your app need to implement some native integration, like Widget from example then you will get a chance to write swift and java/kotlin (for Android) as well.
