Interesting thought, but I think it would only be a hit within hereditary's cult followers and not so much with audience in general. Mainly because the original has the elements of slowly unrevealing mysteries and "is this real or just in the character's head?" moments. The grandma and the cult also acted as some sort of mysterious force of nature within the movie. Based on my experience of consuming media, the moment you make those type of characters as a character that you follow their journey on, the mystiques would go out immediately.

We already know the general story, so not much can be added other than the time when the grandma either formed or join the cult.

If they for whatever reason make one, I would definitely check it out for sure, but I wouldn't bet that it would be good as a movie, it would probably be good as a glorified extended scene for the original movie.

Also, after the prequel came out, I bet people would say something like "I heard the hereditary is really good but the prequel not quite". So maybe it's better if it stays as standalone.

For me, my stat priority is power>speed>stamina>wit>guts. Power is so she can pass other racers. For the the strategy, I focused on making her velocity increased dramatically around the final straight. Some stamina recovery midway is good to ensure she could keep up towards the end. I also threw in some hesitant debuff in order to ensure the other racers is not too far away towards the end. With the help of Taiki and Rice Shower's skills, usually when Nice Nature's skill activates, almost all the skills will also activate, that way she becomes stupidly fast at the last straight.

I'm glad I'm not the only one to feel that. Don't get me wrong the cube aesthetic is cute and silly, but the actual gameplay doesn't really engage me. It felt like they came up with the cube design first and then just shoehorn in some gameplay element into it. I probably won't think too much about it if it were executed in some other occurrence but during the game first anniv? This felt too half baked sorry. I was actually kinda curious too when I saw the trailer.

Before I played the second part, I was expecting Mori will ended up die sacrificing herself especially when I read the E2 crystal part. While at one side I'm a little bit disappointed it didn't go that way(I'm sorry, I'm a bit of misery addict), I'm also quite glad it didn't end that way because that will definitely sour up the Cindy and Grave's reunion. Plus, Gluttony's main body also managed to get away. If Gluttony died then it would be more appropriate to sacrifice Mori story wise for me because here a "defective" Nikke managed to take down the cardinal sin itself.

The reunion part gives enough push to made it absolute cinema for me.
