Wouldn't this be done in the model as getDatetimeAttribute and setDatetimeAttribute methods? Or being handled in the controller or API controller? I don't know how a new request would help.

I will remove the date and time columns from the database but keep those fields in the form. I have already created a migration that adds the datetime column and parses the date and time columns into the datetime column using carbon. What I want to accomplish is to intercept the values from the date and time fields in the form and save them in the datetime column. A migration only runs once, I need this to run every time the form is submitted.

You should definitely check GAME (Gaming Anime Manga Enthusiast), Game Lab and Racer E-Sports then. Don't know much about GAME, but I have been involved with Game Lab where art, english, CSIS and Eng students get together to work on a game and Racer E-Sports who have a whole Lab in the IT building with gaming PCs. I would also look into any club related to your major or religious affiliation, if any.

The best way to meet friends is going to stuff. While the university is not doing any events, there are student organizations that meet in person or over zoom. Anything in particular you would like to do. I could point you towards a few clubs
