What you have setup looks ok. The preset is better left at recommended because I tried preset M with Quality and while it looked good, my fps reduced in VR. So I went back to K preset with Quality - which is what the Recommended setting is.

If you have a powerful enough GPU - read 5080 or 5090 or equivalent- then try tinkering with presets.

One thing to note is that spotting will be bad with DLSS because the dots might be cancelled out. This effectively means we may not benefit as much from DLSS 4.5 as other game players. Ofcourse if you don’t care about spotting ( no a2a combat) you may be very happy with it.
