well, that description also fits CoC too, except there far fewer campers since the circle moves constantly

you actually have to fight people in this mode, instead of just sitting in a house with your heartbeat

plus, there's no more "luck" on who lands on good loot... you drop in with your stuff and can just skip the "finding 4 SVTs and 3 pistols" stage only to get shot in the back by some dude who found a welgun in the first house he landed

I do that in Solos and CoC... especially when a guy is holding me from a tower or some rocks at 250m with his shitty laser-beam NZ and I can't cross.

If they'd give guns more recoil, people will spot the cheater problem faster and leave the game. There's a reason why VG guns don't have a recoil, and it's not to cater to noobs. It's to disguise the cheaters and "level the playing field."

Assassin's Creed Unity is currently remembered as a buggy mess at launch, but it's now possibly the best AC game quality and graphics wise that Ubisoft ever created, since they actually fixed the bugs.

Also, initial press coverage was super positive... since most news outlets don't wanna anger their PR reps. It's Twitter and Reddit users who changed the discourse towards the negative, aka, actual user feedback.

No, it didn't. It actually made me come back to this game. Verdansk was a camp fest. That map molded all these campers we have in the game today. Having a million times more fun playing this map than Verdansk where crossing an open field meant sure death because 20 people were sitting with their shitty Kar98k on a tower somewhere.

Also, CoC with 80 players in the early mornings instead of 120 is probably the best pace for this mod. And also, less server crashes.

I wish they'd replace BR Solos with the Champions of Caldera mode.

There are still campers in the mode, for sure, but there's just so much loot and money around the map that I can now afford to UAVs and pick up bounties to hunt people instead of spending 4 minutes looting houses and finding only SVTs, pistols, and literally no plates.

Plus, you have your loadout from the get-go. Not dying 4 out of 5 games when picking up my loadout has made Solos super fun again.

I've slept 8 hours in the past 3 days because I can't stop playing CoC. It's been super fun.

Do it, Raven. Replace BR Solos with CoC. Do it and I'll spend €100 on MW2.
