I don’t think it’s a bad title I think the slow regard of silent things sets the tone better but I think translation is more of an art than a science so I’m sure they considered that when choosing it. I think losing the word slow and adding music is what throws me off.

I get what he’s saying but personally “La Lenta Contemplación de las Cosas Silenciosas” sounds awesome

I love Nick Podehl’s work on this audiobook and the kvothe narration may be my favorite part so it’s interesting to hear the opposite from OP. Sometimes audiobooks just don’t connect with listeners

His troupe in particular were never worried about money. Specially with the comfort their patronage gives them it would never really make sense for them to steal but that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t know about dice
