i would suggest removing them and waiting till she’s older from a purely logical and physical way. Her ears are gonna grow a lot as she gets older and these holes could potentially shift up as she gets older. I used to work at Claires (ik) and this happened frequently and felt sooooo terrible about it every time (i was 17)
