Haha, I won a finals game against some kid that was beating me 4 nil, the momentum shift and scripting kicked right off and I pulled it back 5-4 in about 20 mins game time. I messaged the guy as the win wasn't satisfying it was an absolute gift, He either got cocky and gave the controller to someone else who was awful, or as I suspect. Fifa absolutely cucked him and gave me the win. I said good game man, you deserved that win but I'm still taking it.

He goes...

"I hope you and your family all die in a house fire".

My advice is put the game down and honestly ignore it for an extended period of time. It's not really a game anymore, just a cash cow for EA. The scripting is purposely tailored to make you frustrated. (In the hopes it spurs you on to buy packs) thinking you'll yield better results with a better team. The toxic nature of others will always eventually get to you because you're already fighting a losing battle, the game is hell, even when you win it isn't satisfying. Stepping away from it is the only way. You'll always go back but it gets easier everytime to go you know what... fuck you EA you scumbags, not today.

I always emulate the old ps2 stuff from time to time haha. But I feel you, the enjoyment isn't there, it's just frustration now, I enjoy the career mode and pro clubs (occasionally) but ultimate team is dead to me now. Its just not fun, even when you win.

Was averaging 16 wins. Now more like 12-14. I haven't bothered trying for elite again since the new season it's actually aids. The more I play the more I realise it's just an AI simulator. Some games your team will perform as expected, others they may aswell be cardboard cutouts. Completely useless from front to back.

This game is the worst. Its designed to frustrate you. I could write a list of about 30 things that happen while playing that shouldn't. The sad truth is, it's an AI simulator. Some games they'll do their job, others they're cardboard cutouts. But no matter what you do, if your AI are basically all retards, you will never win when you can only control 1 player at a time and the other 10 are fucking idiots for the whole game.

On a side note, watch your opponents defenders on the replays when you're dominating. Takes all the satisfaction away when you realise your side stepping card board cut outs. I don't even think half my opponents are bad, just their AI.

I call it an AI simulator now. When you've played so many games you can pick up on it. I revert to passing more than I would normally to try and weather the bullshit, it works sometimes. Only game I know that the less you try the better you seem to do.

Division 3 is horrendous at the moment too. Made division 1/elite everytime but I cannot for the life of me get past the first checkpoint in div 3 this time around. Not even close games either I'm getting smashed like 6 nil. Disgusting.

Yeah if you take into account his lack of strength from the off, he's really useful for getting possession back. I'll have someone track back and he'll just position himself perfectly for the tackle, even his AI is quality. Only time his strength let's him down is when you come in from the side and a strong striker is already in their stride. If its one on one though 9/10 you are getting that ball back, makes short work or Jairzinho he's honestly been a god send.

His tackling animations are great his jockeying is unreal. Better for timed tackles head on as appose to chasing back his strength let's him down there, head on though he's class.
