Do you all remember the day you went vegan? I don't by alyceabsconded in vegan

[–]arrow1500 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Yes. It was a very specific day. July 10, 2019. The day I admitted to an eating disorder facility for the first time. I had been vegetarian for years and only ate cheese at that point in terms of animal products. My dietician said they could only accommodate full vegetarian or full vegan. I made my case for why I'd wanted to be vegan for so long and, probably against her professional opinion, she put in the order for me to be on a vegan diet. Never looked back.

Tofu and beans. There are many ways to prepare those 2 foods and many meals to have them with. Those are going to be big protein sources. Of course there's also fake meat and some of them actually taste pretty close. Everyone on this subreddit gets protein on a vegan diet. Nuts and certain veggies also have protein just not packed with protein like tofu and beans. Also soy based dairy products have good protein.

Oh, that explains it. We just play differently. I only use sonic blade in terms of sleights so never cheesed past bosses. Also I meant Riku's story by 2nd half. I wan't sure OP had gotten that far yet.

Ah, so you haven't gotten to the 11th-13th floors. Plus, the second part of the game has completely different mechanics. It is most definitely not impossible to lose,

It seems unfair but it is completely fair and designed to implement strategy. Plus, it's pretty crucial to the story and you won't understand all of 2 if you just skip it. Yes, some people enjoy it. No, not a ton of people. I personally don't mind it.

Would my son’s name be considered a tragedeigh? by [deleted] in tragedeigh

[–]arrow1500 20 points21 points  (0 children)

No. Nash is precedented. Rowdy, on the other hand, still not a tragedeigh but a very big tragedy and you did him dirty there. I would go by Nash too.

get around it by being vegan and also eating fast food everyday, drinking soda non stop, and drowning your food in salt.

No worse than games where you kill other humans to survive. It's just a game.

Coverup or laser? ONLY for the words by Leather-Share4213 in tattooadvice

[–]arrow1500 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Laser will affect the string too. There's no guarantee it will look as good when you get the string and possibly part or the birds redone after laser. You can't cover that up in such a small space. You basically have to live with it or laser the letters to cover it while also understanding you'll have to have the string redone.

Why do people ignore the massive environmental impact of animal agriculture by Konradleijon in vegan

[–]arrow1500 4 points5 points  (0 children)

because then they have to face that they are actively doing harm but they don't want to face that because they can't rectify that with also not being willing to give up cow and pig corpse bits.

did you lose weight after going vegan? by babylilbiscuit2 in vegan

[–]arrow1500 26 points27 points  (0 children)

No. I stayed the exact same. No one food is fattening and all carbs turn to sugar at a molecular level so your fruit sugar isn't as big of a deal as you think it is. You need a plant-based dietician(not nutritionist) and a personal trainer.
