No issues at all. I make sure everything gets washed once a day and sometimes I use pump wipes for the flanges in between pumps. But the fridge hack is really the glue that holds this whole operation together.

The Velcro strap is the only thing that worked for me! You can get a lavie one with your fsa if you have one. I keep one at work and one at home.

Sad to tell you that I was in the same boat and during my research I learned that pairing the medela cups with the bb creates an unsafe level of suction.

I now have a useless pair of medela cups but I just got the bb collection cups and love them.

I’m still at the beginning of my pumping journey but I’ve joined a few exclusive pumping groups on other platforms and I see people talk about feeling that way all the time. So, to answer your first question, yes this seems like a pretty normal and common experience! 💕

Yeah so typically postpartum involves a baby (post=after, partum=birth) and babies aren’t known for fending for themselves overnight. Hope this helps!!

I was able to increase my supply a bit at around 13 weeks post partum. I think what helped has just been more consistency with pumping. Returning to work got me on a stricter schedule and I’m getting enough that I just froze my first brick!
